The Solution

To improve product data accuracy and deliver a better user experience, Simon implemented Vertex AI to extract and standardize missing product attributes, generate alt text, and identify noncompliant content. The enriched data feeds into a database within Azure, where Azure AI Search enables customers to search across product attributes more effectively.

Customer usage data is captured using GA4 events, and that data is integrated into BigQuery for analytics and reporting. With Woolpert’s guidance, this architecture ensures clean, consistent data and powerful search capabilities that support both customer needs and internal reporting.
